Questions
How much do I get?
10% of what we pay the owner, up to $100K per referral. A $300K deal pays you $30K. Any deal of $1M or more pays the $100K maximum.
When do I get paid?
When the owner you referred is paid. If they don’t sell, there’s no fee.
Why does the owner have to fill in the form?
We can only make an offer once we know what data they have, so a name on its own isn’t a referral yet. Your referral is complete when the owner fills in the full form through your link.
Someone else referred the same company. Who gets it?
Whoever’s link the owner fills in the form through first. If the owner had already filled in the form on their own before that, there’s no referral fee.
Do I need an account?
No. Referrals work without one and are tracked on the device you made them on. Sign in (email code or Google) to track them on any device; your referrals on that device move into your account.
Where do I see the deal and its documents?
Under My referrals. Once a deal is agreed you’ll see its amount, your fee, and the documents we share with you, such as the term sheet.
Do I need to work at the company?
No. A friend, a client, a supplier, a former employer: anyone you can introduce us to works.

What makes a good referral?
Datasets and RL environments the owner has the rights to sell. And established businesses with years of records: quotes, invoices, work orders, contracts, project files, drawings, email. Construction, manufacturing, logistics, professional services, healthcare and finance are a great fit. The more years of history, the better.
